| How many providers are in a match? We follow generally accepted best practices and match you with a short list of 3-5 providers. You can select the exact number when you submit your match request. |
| How are providers prescreened? Providers complete a verification process prior to being able to participate in the Match process. The verification process includes some or all of the following seven points:

| Can I leave feedback on a provider? We welcome feedback on providers. After your project is complete, please log in, go to the provider's profile page and click on the Leave Feedback button. You will be asked to update your project information and leave ratings. |
