Frequently asked questions (FAQs) - Feedback and references

Providers can build feedback and references in two ways.

Feedback - The fastest way for a provider to build feeback is to call or eamil past clients and ask them to leave feedback on your provider profile.

References - Providers can submit references and we will contact them for their feeback and publish on SourcingLine. Log in and go to My Provider Profile-> My references to submit. Review our support services for a program that best meets you needs.

Providers can leave comments on a buyer's feedback. Navigate to the buyer's feedback and add your comments.

SourcingLine seeks to verify all feedback. The verification process includes some or all of the following steps:

  1. Identity verification of client - Reverse phone lookup
  2. Identity verification of client - Internet search
  3. Identity verification of client - Doman email access
  4. Verbal clarification of project scope - Telephone interview
  5. Verbal clarification of ratings and feedback - Telephone interview

We periodically verify feedback. If there is unverified feedback you would like verified, please contact us with the project name and feedback date.
