ID International

Client agrees to pay ID International by project or agency retainer. By project, payment must be received within thirty days (NET-30 payment terms) for all invoices which shall be dated as of the date of delivery of the Designs and Services, or if later, dated at the choice of ID International. Client agrees to one of two payment options for all projects: 50% (x2): deposit advance and final payment (preferred), or 33.33% (x3): deposit advance, first design approval advance, final payment. In the event that work is postponed at the request of the Client, ID International shall have the right to bill pro rata for work completed through the date of that request, while reserving all other rights. Payments received after 30 days will be subject to a 5% surcharge every 30 days or $5 whichever is more. Client agrees that billing questions do not extend billing deadlines. Client understands that any account due at 60 days will result in an account hold on all ID International services, and a terms reduction to 15 days (NET-15 payment terms). Following this terms reduction, two (2) successful on-time NET-15 payments will enable Client account to be restored to NET-30 at the Client’s request. Failure to meet one of the NET-15 payments will result in ID International requesting a retainer to keep the Client’s account in good standing. Some invoices may not qualify for ID payment terms and must be paid upon receipt. Such invoices will be clearly marked. In the instance an agency retainer is provided by the Client for future ID International work, ID International agrees to maintain all time and subject records in the event that the Client requests a breakdown of services rendered. The Client understands that an agency retainer is provided to compensate for the services agreed-upon when retainer is received by ID International.
