To maintain the healthy and long term relationship and avoid any future misunderstandings, we have fixed some terms & conditions which are listed below.

1. We (KAG Technologies) will send you a Project Proposal with Client Requirement Form which has to be filled and sent back to us
2. We (KAG Technologies) will analyze the requirement and our team member will invite you for a chatting to understand your requirements clearly.
3. We (KAG Technologies) will check the feasibility of your project and inform you when we will be able to deliver your project.
4. Before taking project we (KAG Technologies) will take 25% as advance on the total Project Cost, and start the Project as per Schedule.
5. The remaining amount you can credit into our Client Trust Account (HSBC Escrow), which will be released with your consent based on the stage wise completion of the project.
6. We (KAG Technologies) and you (Client) will sign a NDA for our smooth progress of the project. We (KAG Technologies) will keep you informed about progress of the Project at regular intervals as per requirement of both of us through online conferencing.
7. Our Client Support Software Engineers will update you daily with current stage of the project through email. And you will also be given a link from our server, where you can watch the daily updates from your end.
8. We will request you to instruct the Bankers (HSBC) to release 50% of the Project Cost during the work period from the Escrow based on the completion stage of the project.
9. After completion and before implementation of the Project we will clarify all your doubts and deliver you the Project.
10. After delivering you the project we will requires you to instruct the Bankers (HSBC) to release the remaining 25% of the Project from the Escrow account.
