Payment Terms
The Buyer will pay ReGenesys Technologies for the work performed in connection with a Work Order in accordance with the following Payment Schedule. All payments to ReGenesys Technologies are contingent on ReGenesys Technologies Software's satisfying the deliverables and milestones set forth in the payment schedule. Payments shall be made upon Buyers written confirmation to ReGenesys Technologies Contract Coordinator that the deliverables and milestones have been satisfied.
