Genpact signs 3-year help desk service deal with Federal-Mogul
India’ largest business process outsourcing service provider Genpact has announced that it has entered into a three-year contract with automotive dealer Federal-Mogul Corp. to offer help desk deliverance. A business website reports that as per the agreement, the Indian BPO major will offer help desk facilities to the customers of Federal-Mogul in North and South Americas, Europe and Asia.
A statement issued by Genpact says that the help desk will offer 24x7 service in numerous languages, such as French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Mandarin and Japanese. Commenting on the arrangement, Dave Bachleda, Federal-Mogul director (Information Systems) said that they were of the view that the collaboration will assist the automotive supplier with flexibility and the efficiency tools to sustain as well as expand its operations worldwide.
It may be mentioned here that Federal-Mogul is a $5.3 billion company engaged in the business of providing powertrain and safety expertise for the aerospace, automotive, railroad, marine and industrial markets.
