HP introduces Best Shore ITO facility For EMEA
Hewlett-Packard (HP) has just announced the introduction of the HP Best Shore infra tech (infrastructure technology) outsourcing service facility for its clients based in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This outsourcing facility will enable the company’s clients in the EMEA to enhance their operations and, at the same time, reduce their infrastructure operational expenses by means of a collaborative delivery model.
The new Best Shore infrastructure Service outsourcing facility for EMEA integrates the delivery for clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and highlights a single intensive distribution mode having a client academy that provides tailor-made training on the domain of the client, business acquaintance and cultural knowledge pertaining to specific regions.
According to Marc Cools, HP Enterprise Services vice-president, ITO (infrastructure technology outsourcing) for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), presently the company’s clients are faced with a mounting pressure to provide more with less. He said that taking advantage of his firm’s know-how in infrastructure outsourcing, their clients will be able to create a programmed technology setting that will enable them to quickly fulfill the shifting business needs. This can also form the source for shared or mutual services, Marc Cools added.
