Global IT services firm, Virtusa Corporation has said that it was ranked 20th in Dataquest-IDC's Best Employer Survey 2009. Virtusa offers a myriad of outsourcing services utilizing its delivery centers in Sri Lanka and India.
The Dataquest survey is an industry wide survey representing employee satisfaction on a yearly basis and examines companies on a number of criteria in terms of practices, policies, and processes toward staff. Dataquest is a flagship publication released by CyberMedia Group and it collaborates with IDC to bring out the top 20 Indian IT employers. In general, the entries in 2009 were smaller and newer players in the IT business.
