ITC Infotech partners with Oracle to expand business value
ITC Infotech, the information technology arm of ITC Limited, a $5 billion global business, has announced that it has entered into a partnership with Oracle, leading multinational computer tech firm, to offer business process outsourcing services based on Loyalty & Marketing. According to the terms of the agreement, ITC Infotech will possess non-exclusive license to make use of the global software corporation’s Loyalty & Marketing program solution.
An online news report quotes ITC Infotech managing director B. Sumant saying that the tech firm is expanding its value offer on its loyalty services to its clients by working intimately with Oracle. According to Sumant, ITC Infotech considers loyalty to be crucial growth area and they are observing considerable footing in this area. The report further says that ITC Infotech intends to extend its facilities to the worldwide BPO market by means of its partnership with Oracle.
