Mahindra Satyam BPO enters into strategic partnership with Direct Channel Holdings

Mahindra Satyam, formerly Satyam Computer Services, has declared in a statement that the firm’s BPO arm – Mahindra Satyam BPO, has signed a partnership deal with South Africa-based Direct Channel Holdings Ltd. The agreement between Mahindra Satyam and Direct Channel Holdings, a leading BPO and contact center firm in Africa, aims to provide joint services throughout the African continent.

Quoting the statement issued by the Indian tech firm, a business news website says that presently the firm is actively taking into account South Africa as an alternative hub for providing back-office services to clients in Africa. However, the company did not provide any financial detail regarding the partnership deal.

The partnership deal with Mahindra Satyam BPO would enable Direct Channel Holdings to expand its services to its existing domestic clients and fulfill the multifaceted challenges of business in the present day scenario. The agreement will enable the South African BPO firm to offer specialized facilities, such as finance and accounting outsourcing, knowledge process outsourcing (KPO), business process outsourcing (BPO) as well as human resource outsourcing. In addition, the firm will now be in a position to provide services in data analytics, business intelligence (BI), and legal process outsourcing (LPO) as well as additional consulting know-how.
