Mahindra Satyam intends to draw on prospects in US health sector

Leading Indian tech firm Mahindra Satyam, formerly Satyam Computer Services, has recently announced that it is plans to exploit opportunities arising from the latest health care reforms undertaken by the US federal government. Launching a software solution for the insurance carriers on Thursday, Mahindra Satyam said that it was committed to comply with the latest federal regulations in the US. At the same, it said that the company has already made considerable investments in promoting skills to fulfill the requirements of the customers.

Quoting Mahindra Satyam head (healthcare and life sciences), Vivek Ghai, a news portal reports that the company is presently aptly positioned to seize the opportunities coming in the wake of the latest reforms in the healthcare sector in the US. He further said that Mahindra Satyam has already made substantial outlays and has been increasing its partnerships to measure up to the requirements of the customers in the paying section.

Mahindra Satyam is reported to have build solutions that are intended to facilitate the customers deal with several tasks, such as execution of roadmap, aptitude to assimilate with all key automation tools as well as trading partner promptness. In fact, the Indian tech firm has now been installing the solution by means of the recent multi-million dollar contract it won from a major health insurer to re-engineer the firm’s electronic operation arrangement and improve the applications with a view to make it in line with the new rules in the US, Ghai informed.
