Following successful operations in India for the last three years, Newton, Pennsylvania-based ICT Group Inc. is expanding its BPO unit in the country.

In a recent move, ICT Group repositioned its BPO processing branch in HiTech City in western Hyderabad. This locale is an IT/BPO service delivery IT hub that shores up support fro back-office requirements of major firms and MNCs in U.S., Europe, and various other regions like Canada, and Australia.

Presently, ICT has approximately 150 workstations and has the capability to extend its workstations to more than 300. This is purely based on client demand, reports indusbusinessjournal.com.

CEO of ICT Group, John Brennan said in a statement, he is pleased to announce that ICT Group has accomplished to grossly improve utilization throughout operations around the world this year. He continued to say that ICT Group is poised to meet increased demand for inexpensive, offshore production from customers. The company combines the capacity to expand core offshoring services to accommodate email customer service, loan servicing, business information research along with BPO processing solutions.

ICT provides business process outsourcing services and customer management to its clients out of Pennsylvania.
