Wipro, Pegasystems broaden worldwide strategic partnership
Wipro Technologies, an arm of Wipro Ltd., India’s third largest IT and ITeS service vendor in terms of revenues, and the US-based Pegasystems Inc., a BPM software solutions firm, have declared expansion of their strategic alliance worldwide. Quoting a news release circulated by the US firm, a business website reports that the two companies will henceforth offer top-notch business process management (BPM) resolutions and facilities to their clients globally.
The release further stated that the partnership between Wipro Technologies and Pegasystems Inc. would concentrate on working out globally adept and ground-breaking business solutions over an assortment of industry verticals. The new business solutions would enable their clients to retain their respective customers by means of a distinguished customer experience and help the latter attain improved productivity to the extent of 30% to 40%.
Expressing his delight over the development, K. R. Sanjiv, senior vice-president (BTS) at Wipro Technologies, said that they were happy to push their association with Pegasystems Inc. to an elevated level. He emphasized that Wipro has been constantly concerned with delivering novel and lucrative solutions to its clients.
